As a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Calicut, Kerala, India, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, communication, interviewing, and various recruiting activities. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. - Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate applications. - Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. - Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills - Effective Communication and Interviewing skills - 2+ years" experience in talent acquisition and recruitment - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,
