Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate.
Location: Kolkata.
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Note :- This profile is not classified as a traditional HR role rather, it focuses on cold calling, sourcing, and engaging IT professionals for US-based job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Finding resumes and detecting relevant keywords in the same as per the company’s current requirement.
● Sourcing and screening the resume of the potential candidates through job boards.● Maintain and track the databases and keep track of recruitment.● Scrutinize and check the credibility of the candidate and complete the necessary documentation.● Coordinate with the consultant according to the business requirements and build a professional conversation related to their job hunting.● Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.● Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.● Key role is to start contacting potential candidates, counsel them through IT based Knowledge Transfer Programmes. This model of recruitment will give the exposure to the best of inside hiring.

Qualifications and Requirements:-

● Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Any Stream).
● Preferred Male Candidates.● Only fresher can apply for this post.

Skills:-

● MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet Surfing knowledge (Basic).
● Good communication in the English language, both verbal and written.● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.● High-energy and passion.

Salary:-

● CTC - 1, 80,000.
● Incentives based upon your performance.● We provide travelling allowance.● No pick-and-drop will be provided.

Duty Hours & Shifts :-

● Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM).
● Monday - Friday.
