Job Title: Talend Lead Experience: 8+ Years (5–6+ years in Talend) Location: Hybrid – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune (In-office 1–2 days/week) Work Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM IST (Work from office till 6 PM, then resume remotely) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only (Candidates already serving notice preferred) Budget: ₹27–30 LPA (inclusive of 5% variable) Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Talend ETL developers (6+ months of lead/mentoring experience acceptable). Design, develop, and optimize Talend-based ETL solutions with a strong focus on performance and data quality. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Implement robust data integration pipelines using Talend and AWS services. Ensure smooth data flow between source and target systems such as relational databases, APIs, and flat files. Drive best practices in code, documentation, error handling, and job scheduling. Participate in project planning, troubleshooting, and technical reviews. Contribute to system integration testing, unit testing, and deployment processes. Technical Skills Required: Strong experience in Talend Studio, Talend TAC/TMC . Advanced SQL for querying and data transformations. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (S3, Redshift, EC2, Glue, Athena, etc.). Proficiency in working with data from relational and NoSQL databases , flat files, and APIs (REST/SOAP). Knowledge of ETL/ELT , data profiling, and quality checks. Familiarity with job scheduling tools and performance monitoring frameworks. Comfortable with Git , Terraform , GitLab , and VS Code . Exposure to scripting languages like Python or Shell is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Talend and AWS certifications are highly desirable. Experience with US healthcare clients is a big plus. Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices . Understanding of Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and Talend Big Data modules. Important Screening Criteria: No short-term projects or employment gaps over 3 months. No candidates from JNTU. Strictly immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice.
