Role: Data Scientist – Pune (Hybrid) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 1+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹9–10 LPA Mode: Hybrid Position Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Data Scientist with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and RAG . You’ll be part of our AI Center of Excellence, building cutting-edge solutions that power innovation and create real business impact. Ideal for candidates who are passionate about AI-enabled products and solving complex data problems. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy ML models for business and telecom use cases Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Optimize ML/DL models for performance and scalability Work on NLP tasks : entity recognition, text classification, and large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) Design and integrate RAG-based solutions into real-world applications Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and domain experts Document processes and clearly communicate with stakeholders Required Skills: Strong foundation in statistics , probability , and ML/DL concepts Proficient in Python , SQL , and frameworks like PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy Hands-on with Generative AI tools : LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. Understanding of MLOps and experience with batch/stream data processing Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects Effective communicator and collaborative team player Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Data science: 2 years (Preferred) Python: 1 year (Required) Machine learning: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
