Key Responsibilities of a Telecaller:
Outbound Calling:
Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and encourage them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
Inbound Handling:
Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing necessary support.
Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams, gathering information, and following up with leads to convert them into sales.
Sales and Persuasion:
Persuading customers to make purchases, promoting special offers, and closing deals through effective communication and negotiation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including call details, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge:
Having a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their value to customers.
