Telecaller Job Description
- Role: Telecaller in Loan Department
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for loan products.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, and terms to customers.
- Collect customer data and follow up on leads.
- Achieve target for loan lead generation or sales.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Requirements:
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
