Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele caller, located in Gandhinagar with some work-from-home flexibility. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and pitching the company's services appropriately. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call logs, following up with leads, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a database of client information. Additionally, the Tele caller will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Data entry and record-keeping abilities
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is a plus
