Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele caller, located in Gandhinagar with some work-from-home flexibility. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and pitching the company's services appropriately. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call logs, following up with leads, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a database of client information. Additionally, the Tele caller will collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Data entry and record-keeping abilities Persuasion and negotiation skills Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is a plus
