As a BODS Guidewire Developer you will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining data integration solutions using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and Guidewire software. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow between Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter ClaimCenter BillingCenter) and other systems enhancing data accuracy consistency and accessibility. Key Responsibilities: Data Integration Development:Design develop and implement ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) to integrate data between Guidewire applications and other systems. Guidewire Data Mapping:Create and manage data mappings between Guidewire applications and various data sources ensuring accurate data transformation and integration. Data Quality Management:Implement data quality processes to monitor and enhance the accuracy completeness and reliability of data within the Guidewire ecosystem. Performance Optimization:Optimize ETL processes and data workflows for improved performance and efficiency ensuring minimal impact on system performance. Collaboration:Work with business analysts data architects and Guidewire administrators to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve issues related to data integration transformation and Guidewire applications. Documentation:Develop and maintain detailed documentation for ETL processes data mappings and integration configurations related to Guidewire applications. Testing and Validation:Create and execute test plans to validate data integration processes ensuring data accuracy and integrity in Guidewire and other systems. Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support for BODS and Guidewire data integration solutions including troubleshooting and performance monitoring. Qualifications: Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience. Experience:3+ years of experience as a BODS Developer or in a similar role with hands-on experience in data integration and ETL processes specifically within the Guidewire software ecosystem. Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and related ETL tools. Strong experience with Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter ClaimCenter BillingCenter). Expertise in SQL and relational databases (e.g. Oracle SQL Server). Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices. Experience with data mapping transformation and integration within the Guidewire context. Understanding of data quality principles and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
