Job Title: Tableau Manager

Company: Globiva

Location: Gurgaon (Sector 18)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 6 Days (Fixed Sunday Off)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Manager to lead our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. This role is responsible for team handling, dashboard development, and delivering data-driven insights to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Tableau developers/analysts, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Translate business requirements into effective Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Ensure accuracy, governance, and security of reporting data.
Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching/mentoring.
Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders and management to provide actionable insights.
Prepare MIS and present regular reports to leadership.
Stay updated on Tableau features and best practices, and implement improvements.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
6-12 years of experience, with minimum 3+ years in Tableau and 2+ years in a team handling role.
Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, Tableau Prep, and SQL.
Experience with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake) is preferred.
