Job Description Looking for a Tableau expert Developer (5+yrs experience) for our Core Analytics teams. The incumbent would have worked on large scale BI projects using Tableau and related tooling Must Have Deep understanding of Tableau Desktop and Server platform including various add-ons like Data and Server Management. Understand Business requirements and build wireframes based on the agreement and finalize the designs, KPI s, Calculations. Participate in design discussions and come up with best practice implementation of Dashboards and reports Build efficient and scalable BI and Analytics products based on feedback while adhering to the best practices and usage guidelines Able to suggest multiple solutions to a given problem based on his/her understanding of the requirement at hand and functionality available within the toolset. Able to optimize data sources and dashboards to their best form while still delivering the ask from business. Collaborate with product, platform and Program teams to deliver the BI dashboards and reports in a timely manner Based on the need provide suggestions, take feedback to deliver the best looking and future ready dashboards Peer review the UI/UX dashboards of team members and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design Proficient in SQL, UI/UX practices, alation. Understanding of good data model for reporting requirements Mentor less experienced members of the team Good to Have Working knowledge of ETL tools like Alteryx or Alation is a plus Create documentation on the usage of reports/dashboard
