Tableau Developer

You are a highly proficient Tableau Developer sought by HCL Tech to join the Business Intelligence team. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to offer actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Collaborating with stakeholders, data analysts, and IT professionals is crucial to transform complex data into clear visualizations. Your key roles and responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and deploying Tableau dashboards and BI reports based on business requirements. You will connect Tableau to various data sources, create calculated fields, and ensure data quality and consistency. Additionally, you will collaborate with data engineers, provide Tableau Server support, conduct testing, and deliver training to end-users. To excel in this role, you must possess strong experience in Tableau development, SQL querying, data warehousing concepts, and BI architecture. Proficiency in Tableau Prep, performance tuning, and optimization is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
