TA Sourcing Advisor, US Professional

Are you ready to contribute to Mondelz International's mission to lead the future of snacking and make it possible As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment activities for the supported population by engaging with People Managers, understanding their requirements, and driving the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role involves partnering with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to ensure an excellent candidate and People Manager experience. Your specialized expertise in local market knowledge, effective sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes will be crucial in driving recruitment process efficiency. As part of a BU Squad, you will collaborate with the BU TA Lead and BU People Experience Lead to align recruitment service delivery with overall Employee Lifecycle practices within the BU. Your responsibilities will include providing specialist technical expertise to lead proactive and reactive recruitment activities while adhering to MDLZ policies and guidelines. You will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, provide market insights to People Managers, and enhance candidate experience. Working closely with People Managers, you will establish business requirements, identify applicant requirements, and guide managers through the process to attract and select top talent. Additionally, you will collaborate with the TA Coordinator to deliver the recruitment process for candidates, source candidates using various mediums, and act as a candidate relationship manager during hiring processes. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in talent acquisition processes, expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, selling, and closing capabilities. Your strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills will be essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A drive for results, customer service orientation, project management skills, and the ability to lead complex projects are also key attributes for success. You are expected to work US Shift timings starting from 7pm or 8pm IST onwards, Monday to Friday, with fixed days for work from home and office.
