If you have a proven track record in Medical Coding Recruitment, we want to hear from you!This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth by securing top talent for critical positions within our US Healthcare operations.What You'll Do:As a TA Executive/Sr. TA Executive, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment for our Medical Coding positions, including: * End-to-end recruitment: From understanding job requirements to onboarding, you'll manage the entire candidate journey. * Strategic sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media, to identify and attract qualified candidates. * Candidate engagement: Conduct thorough screening, insightful interviews, and essential document verification. * Offer management: Skillfully manage salary negotiations and ensure a seamless offer process. * Social media recruitment: Leverage social platforms to enhance our employer brand and reach a wider talent pool.What You'll Bring: * 1-4 years of mandatory experience in Medical Coding Recruitment.
