As a T6 Heat Treatment Furnace Supervisor, your role involves creating the furnace program, controlling heating parameters, and ensuring the quality of heat-treated products. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing furnace parameters and adjusting heating settings as needed - Monitoring laboratory product stocks to maintain inventory levels - Ensuring the quality of heat-treated products by inspecting parts for appearance, hardness, etc. - Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and identifying non-conformities for corrective actions To qualify for this position, you should have a background as a technician, metallurgist, or process engineer, along with knowledge of safety rules related to material handling. The ability to maintain vigilance and concentration over extended periods is crucial.
