Anodizing plant supervisor

the management of the anodizing plant for aluminum parts and the wastewater treatment station

Responsibilities

Degreasing, finishing, bleaching, oxidation, cold impregnation, aqueous discharges, etc.

Monitoring of laboratory product stocks.

Guarantee the quality of the anodized product:

Check the quality of the treated parts during and at the end of the treatment process (appearance, deposit, etc.) and adjust.

Manage and implement areas of continuous improvement.

Identify non-conformities and malfunctions, search for causes and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Technician in chemistry or process engineering
• Know the safety rules associated with moving materials and products
• Capacity for vigilance and concentration over time

Experience:
