T6 HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE SUPERVISOR

As a T6 Heat Treatment Furnace Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the furnace operations and ensuring the quality of heat-treated products. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and adjusting furnace programs while controlling heating parameters to ensure optimal performance. - Monitoring and managing furnace parameters to maintain product quality standards. - Supervising laboratory product stocks to guarantee smooth operations. - Inspecting treated parts for quality assessment during and after the treatment process, making necessary adjustments as required. - Identifying areas for continuous improvement, addressing non-conformities, investigating malfunctions, and proposing corrective actions. To excel in this role, you are required to have a background as a technician, metallurgist, or process engineer. It is essential to possess knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling and a high level of vigilance and concentration. This full-time, permanent position offers various schedule options, including day shift, evening shift, morning shift, night shift, rotational shift, and weekend availability.
