Job Description

This position is part of the Information Technology Application team, which provides specialized technical, strategic, and operational support to the Global IT Organization to drive a high-performing and scalable function.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop BoB solutions using Integration, Flow, API, demonstrations.
Experience in ServiceNow modules such as CSM, CPQ, CRM, SPM, ServiceBridge etc
Participate in technical enablement sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing events.
Learn and apply best practices when developing Boomi integration solutions.

Required Skills:

BE/B.Tech degree (or equivalent).
4 to 7 years of overall work experience involving integration concepts and hands-on platform experience.
Good understanding of integration concepts (APIs, web services, data mapping, ETL).
Familiarity with databases, REST/SOAP APIs, or cloud services (eg, AWS, Azure).
Understanding of basic programming concepts and familiarity with languages such as Python, Java,C,C++
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate technical ideas.
Aptitude for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, and vice versa.
