Join our growing team as a Systems & Cloud Engineer (L2) and play a vital role in ensuring system stability, security, and uptime across critical global operations. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Act as an escalation point for Level 1 support teams Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues Manage Windows OS, Office 365, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (Hyper-V) Handle VPNs, firewalls, and implement security best practices Monitor alerts/logs and coordinate with NOC, Dev, and Product teams Communicate directly with USA and Australia-based clients ✅ Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs Experience with Autotask or similar ticketing systems Hands-on with Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V) and basic SQL & scripting Excellent communication and client-handling skills Skills: dns,office,azure,networking protocol,active directory,client-handling,azure ad,firewalls,virtualization,scripting,vpns,sql,ticketing,dhcp,virtualization (hyper-v),communication,cloud,autotask,hyper-v,office 365,networking protocols,vpn Show more Show less
