Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing L2 support for Windows Server and Active Directory environments, managing and administering Active Directory, and troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to user login, authentication, and account lockouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Windows Server and Active Directory environments
• Manage and administer Active Directory (user accounts, groups, OUs, GPOs, FSMO roles)
• Handle DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to user login, authentication, and account lockouts
• Perform daily health checks of domain controllers and critical AD services
• Support and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure compliance with security baselines
• Assist with patching, updates, and OS upgrades for Windows Servers
• Work on backup & restore of Active Directory and critical services
• Collaborate with L3 engineers for escalations and project implementations
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, changes, and configurations
• Provide support during audits and assist with compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server & AD administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and GPOs
• Experience with Windows Server versions (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Hands-on experience with account management, authentication issues, and AD replication
• Good knowledge of server patching and updates
• Familiarity with backup and recovery tools (Windows Server Backup, Veeam, etc.)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for interacting with users and other IT teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
