Systems Accountant- Integration & Implementation

As a Systems Accountant at Instem, you will play a crucial role in the integration and implementation of financial and operational systems within our fast-growing global organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Operating & Finance Systems, you will be responsible for various key tasks such as system implementation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the integration of acquisitions into the group, contributing significantly to the overall success of the company. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in the integration of acquisitions into the Group's financial and operational systems, implementing and optimizing financial and operational systems including accounting, reporting, and budgeting software, analyzing and enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance data accuracy, ensuring standardized documentation for all system processes, managing the accuracy, completeness, and security of financial and operational data, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills including experience in integrating companies into an existing software platform, proficiency with ERP and operational systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or SuiteProjects, transitioning experience to a shared service environment, familiarity with data analytics tools and AI, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expertise in process documentation, project management experience, and knowledge of IFRS and financial controls.
