System/Data Engineer

Position Summary:
Systems Engineer and Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our enterprise systems, including SAP Business One and reporting tools like Power BI, SSRS or Crystal Reports. This role requires someone who understands both manufacturing processes and the unique needs of non-profit operations, including compliance, reporting, and resource stewardship.You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsproduction, finance, programs, and developmentto ensure our systems are aligned with our mission and optimized for efficiency and transparency.Key Responsibilities:ERP & CRM Support:Administer and support SAP Business One, with focus on modules such as Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Finance.Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and SAP B1 to improve visibility and accountability across operations and development.Data & Reporting:Design and develop Reports and dashboards to support operational performance, financial oversight, and grant compliance.Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and report data accurately.Create a connection between databases to generate reporting on platforms like MS Power BI.Support staff in using data for program measurement, audit preparation, and internal performance reviews.Technical Support & Training:Provide hands-on support and training for staff using ERP, CRM, and reporting tools.Document procedures and develop user-friendly guides for both technical and non-technical team members.Key Competencies:Mission-aligned: Driven by a desire to support a cause through technology.Communicator: Able to bridge technical and operational conversations with clarity.Problem Solver: Uses data and systems thinking to identify root issues and sustainable solutions.Team Player: Works collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
