Location: Pondicherry (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for clients via Zoho Desk, ensuring timely and SLA-aligned responses.

* Troubleshoot and escalate incidents to higher-level teams as needed.

* Provide remote technical support for computers, software, and SaaS systems.

* Maintain and update IT knowledge base and assets.

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 2 years of IT experience(Systems/Network Administration).

* Degree in IT/Computer Science (B.Tech or equivalent) is a must.

* Strong understanding of Infrastructure, Networking, Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

* Exposure to cybersecurity practices, firewall configuration, and remote working technologies.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

* Experience with Zoho Desk, JAMF, or Intune.

* Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Teams, Slack, Sophos/ESET/SentinelOne.

* Knowledge of macOS X and Windows environments.
