Job Description

Extensive troubleshooting experience on all or at least most of the listed payload systems installed on commercial airplanes with regards to maintenance and operations - ATA 38 (Water and Waste), ATA 50 (Cargo and Accessory compartments) ATA 11 (Placards & Markings), ATA25 (Equipment’s & Furnishings), ATA35 (Oxygen) Well conversant with aircraft maintenance manuals (AMM and FIM), IPC, WDM, CMM, AHM, and service documentation (FTD, SLs, etc.) and other aircraft manuals. Experience in handling repair, maintenance and retrofit processes, practices, and documentation. Experience in handling airplane maintenance and flight operation documentation. Knowledge of the Airworthiness Directives and related Service documents. Knowledge of aircraft safety and quality management systems. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Experience collaborating with multiple team functions. Experience supporting end users in a customer service role is highly preferrable Experience in system’s failure analysis, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting on Boeing commercial airplane models.
