System Sales Specialist, F&B

As part of the Food & Beverage Sales Team at Pall Corporation in Pune, India, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement customer account plans to achieve orders and revenue projections for systems. Your role will involve cultivating long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers, expanding the customer base, and driving sales of new products and applications for systems. You will be responsible for identifying new systems opportunities in the Food and Beverage markets to build profitable market share and competitive advantage. Collaborating with customers, you will build ongoing relationships and leverage customer insights to drive solutions that address current and future needs for systems. Additionally, you will work with direct field sales personnel to support standard system sales in their territory and collaborate with sales management and services team to ensure ongoing sales of aftermarket and service-based products. Utilizing tools like the Danaher Business System (DBS), you will drive growth through funnel management, growth room, VM/DM, and PSP. To be successful in this role, you should have a B.E/B.Tech degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical, or Mechanical, along with 9-11 years of experience in a Sales, business development, and/or account management role within a business-to-business environment. You should be willing to travel 50% of the time, primarily domestically, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Hindi. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, understanding customer needs and buying behaviors, strategic selling to large regional or global companies, and knowledge of filtration products would be advantageous.
