Analyst II, Materials/Planning (Buyer Planner)

As a Buyer Planner (Analyst II, Materials/Planning) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, your primary responsibility will be procuring services and finished goods for distribution centers in the EEMEAI region. This role, situated in the Materials and Planning group across the EEMEAI region, offers a hybrid work setup between the Mumbai office and remote working. A part of the EEMEAI Planning and Purchasing team, you will report to the Planning and Materials Manager EEMEAI. Your key responsibilities will include purchasing assigned products or services from an approved supplier base according to purchase policies, managing inventory levels to meet Inventory Management goals while ensuring On-Time Delivery targets, communicating effectively with stakeholders to address any issues or delays, overseeing the supply of finished goods items at distribution centers, and adjusting item planning parameters based on incoming demand signals. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Science/Mathematics/Supply Chain or related field, possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Planning or Purchasing utilizing ERP systems, demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, exhibit excellent written and verbal English skills, and have advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Having previous experience as an APICS certified or equivalent professional would be advantageous.
