Key Responsibilities:

SaaS Configuration and Administration

• Deep understanding of SaaS platform setup, user roles, permissions, and feature configurations.
• Confidently configures system modules, user roles, fields, forms, workflows, and rules.
• Understands dependencies and system behaviours to avoid conflicts or misconfigurations.
• Stays updated on new platform features and configuration options.
• Experience with one or more SaaS platforms a plus

System Administration and Platform Knowledge

• Manages user provisioning, access control, and security settings.
• Performs regular system checks, updates, and ensures compliance with governance.
• Uses admin consoles and dashboards effectively.

Workflow & Automation Tools

• Ability to configure and manage automation rules, triggers, and workflows within the platform.
• Experience with tools like Zapier, Workato, or native automation features in the SaaS product a plus

Data Management

• Understanding of data structures, schema configuration, and relationship mapping.
• Skills in importing/exporting, cleansing, and transforming data.

API & Integration Basics

• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how SaaS products integrate with other systems.
• Experience with integration platforms or iPaaS solutions is a plus.

Requirements Gathering & Gap Analysis

• Ability to work with stakeholders to define configuration needs and assess gaps between current and desired states.

Business Process Mapping

• Experience translating business processes into system configurations or customized workflows.

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

• Ability to diagnose system or user errors and resolve configuration-related issues efficiently.

Stakeholder Management

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical users.

Documentation & Training

• Create user-friendly documentation and SOPs for configurations and workflows.
• Deliver training sessions to users and support teams post-configuration.
