TheRole:

Definestrategies for Application Performance Monitoring, Optimization in Prodenvironment.

Respondto Incidents and improvise platform based on feedback and measure the reductionof incidents over time.

Ensuresthat batch production scheduling and process are accurate and timely.

Ableto create and execute queries to big data platforms and relational data tablesto identify process issues or to perform mass updates, preferred.

Performsad hoc requests from users such as data research, file manipulation/transfer,research of process issues, etc.

Takea holistic approach to problem solving, by connecting the dots during aproduction event through the various technology stack that makes up theplatform, to optimize meantime to recover.

Engagein and improve the whole lifecycle of servicesfrom inception and design,through deployment, operation and refinement.

AnalyzeITSM activities of the platform and provide feedback loop to development teamson operational gaps or resiliency concerns.

Supportservices before they go live through activities such as system designconsulting, capacity planning and launch reviews.

Supportthe application CI/CD pipeline for promoting software into higher environmentsthrough validation and operational gating, and lead in DevOps automation andbest practices.

Maintainservices once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latencyand overall system health.

Scalesystems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems bypushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.

Workwith a global team spread across tech hubs in multiple geographies and timezones.

Abilityto share knowledge and explain processes and procedures to others.
