Job Description

The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth conduction of assessments conducted by iON by overseeing the end-to-end readiness and execution of exam processes. This includes ensuring the infrastructure readiness of the exam venue both before and after the exam, performing systems landscaping and mock runs as part of exam preparation, and continuously monitoring assets and IT infrastructure to prevent any unwanted intrusions. The individual must ensure the availability of sufficient buffer working assets as per requirements and report all events in a timely manner. Timely escalation and resolution of technical incidents are essential to ensure business continuity. All operational activities must strictly adhere to the defined SOPs to ensure successful exam delivery. Coordination with local infrastructure service providers and iON Digital Zone partners is key, along with effective exam functionary management. A high level of personal and intellectual integrity and professionalism is expected at all times, with a vigilant, alert, and proactive approach to operational responsibilities.
