About The Role

We are looking for a proactive professional to manage IT infrastructure and support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of both technical systems and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Infrastructure:

Manage and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
Configure and set up laptops, software, and other office devices for employees.
Provide end-user support for technical issues and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
Maintain server, basic networking, and cloud/remote access setups (if applicable).

Office Administration

Manage office supplies and procurement to ensure availability of necessary resources.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
Coordinate with various departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Basic IT knowledge: Windows OS, MS Office, printer/network troubleshooting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Prior experience in IT support or office administration.
