The Salesforce Techno-Functional Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing the technical and functional aspects of our Clients Salesforce platform. You will need to have a strong blend of Salesforce technical expertise, functional business acumen, and leadership capabilities to succeed in this role. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the platform meets clients" business needs and supports organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include technical leadership, where you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will need to ensure best practices in coding standards, integration, and data management. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators while staying current with Salesforce releases and assessing new features for potential use. In terms of functional leadership, you will collaborate with clients" business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications and system designs. Furthermore, you will conduct workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption and proficiency, as well as develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations. As a Salesforce Techno-Functional Manager, you will also be involved in project management, leading Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, as well as conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. In terms of system administration, you will oversee the daily administration and support of Salesforce applications to ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and maintenance. Strategic planning is another crucial aspect of this role, where you will develop and implement a long-term strategy for Salesforce to support business growth and innovation. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem and collaborate with IT leadership to align Salesforce initiatives with the overall IT strategy. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, and project management. Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, certifications, and experience in leading Salesforce projects and teams are essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred skills for this role include experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience with third-party applications and AppExchange products, familiarity with data migration tools and techniques, as well as proficiency in SQL, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.,
