Role: System Implementation Specialist CERTA (TPRM)

Duration of work: 6 Months contract

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deploy an AInative duediligence workflow in CERTA (intake scoping assessment review closure) with measurable cycletime/quality gains.

Integrate CERTA with ESO systems: Ivalua, ServiceNow, Moodys/Orbis (SSoR), UNY, Fusion/Connections, Access Hub, IDIP, Ecovadis and enterprise SFTP/identity endpoints.

Operationalize data (Migration from existing system) & AI strategy (governance, auditability, telemetry) for TPRM.

Scope & Responsibilities:

Lead solution design for CERTA TPRM (control mapping, intake rules, dynamic questionnaires, reviewer workflows, closure).

Configure workflow automation, roles/permissions, approval paths; document configuration.

Integrations: design and build secure APIs/webhooks and batch/SFTP jobs with Ivalua, ServiceNow, Orbis/SSoR, UNY, Fusion/Connections, Access Hub, IDIP; define monitoring, retries, and reconciliation.

Establish assessment/evidence data model & lineage; map to SSoR/UVM (experience with Orbis structures is a plus).

Complete the Migration of existing Assessments Data from SharePoint and current tool into a useable form in CERTA.

Embed AIassisted due diligence (prefill, evidence extraction, summarization) with modelrisk controls and audit trails.

Define and run UAT (scripts, regression packs), drive defect triage, and manage cutover/hypercare.

Produce runbooks, desktop procedures, and training; enable metrics for SLA/KPI reporting.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years implementing GRC/TPRM platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, ProcessUnity, OneTrust, MetricStream, CERTA), delivering endtoend programs.

5+ years in Cybersecurity assessments (SIG / ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / NIST CSF / cloud controls) with issue/remediation workflows.

Strong API integration background (REST/JSON, OAuth2/OIDC, eventing, SFTP) and handson interfaces with Ivalua, ServiceNow, Orbis/SSoR, identity stores (Access Hub/IDIP).

Experience in regulated financial services; audit readiness; data privacy comprehension.

Stakeholder management and the ability to translate policy into executable workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Configuration experience on CERTA for TPRM use cases (intake, dynamic questionnaires, evidence collection, review gates).

Orbis SSoR implementation (hierarchies, beneficial ownership, taxonomy).

AI/MLassisted review patterns with governance and explainability.
