System Engineer

As an IT Support Technician, your role will involve installation and troubleshooting of software, providing technical support to users, handling network issues, and maintaining network infrastructure including VPNs, routers, firewalls, and data security systems. You will also be responsible for configuring CISCO switches, firewalls, and wireless modems/access points.
