About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

System Engineer (Fresher)

to join our IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who have a passion for technology and want to build a strong foundation in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, and support. The candidate will be trained and mentored to handle system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations to ensure smooth business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems

(Windows/Linux)

and applications.

Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security.

Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Troubleshoot system problems and diagnose hardware/software faults.

Assist in implementing system upgrades, patches, and backups.

Collaborate with senior engineers to document procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Support end-users and resolve technical queries in a timely manner.

Skills & Qualifications

BE/BTech/MCA/MSc (CS/IT)

Basic understanding of operating systems

(Windows/Linux).

Knowledge of networking fundamentals

(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with virtualization, cloud, or scripting (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
