About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience in developing LLM-based applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and LlamaIndex, and be passionate about building cutting-edge AI systems that combine machine learning with advanced language models.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy
LLM-powered applications
using frameworks like
LangChain
and
LlamaIndex
.
Implement and optimize
RAG pipelines
to enable efficient and scalable retrieval and generation workflows.
Fine-tune and integrate large language models (LLMs) such as
GPT, LLaMA, Mistral
, etc.
Build and maintain vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) for semantic search and context augmentation.
Work with unstructured data (documents, PDFs, web data) to extract and process meaningful content for use in AI applications.
Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and backend engineers to deploy AI features into scalable production systems.
Monitor performance of deployed models and pipelines; continuously improve based on feedback and usage analytics.
Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI, prompt engineering, and open-source LLM tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

1+ years of hands-on experience in
Python development
for AI/ML applications.
Solid understanding of
large language models
, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
Proficient with
LangChain
and
LlamaIndex
for building composable LLM workflows.
Experience building
RAG systems
, including retrieval, chunking, embedding, and context injection.
Familiarity with
vector stores
such as FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
Experience with
Hugging Face Transformers
, OpenAI, or similar model providers.
Good understanding of
REST APIs
, microservices architecture, and deploying AI services in production.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and managed AI/ML services.
Experience with
LangGraph
,
AutoGen
, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
Working knowledge of
MLOps
tools like MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow.
Understanding of
data privacy
,
security
, and ethical AI principles.
Computer Vision

Qualification: BE/Btech/MCA/MSC
