System Engineer

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for working on design, engineering, site installation & commissioning, and post-commissioning service support in the areas of DCS/PLC/SCADA based automation and BMS-based infrastructure automation systems. Key responsibilities include working on design, engineering, system configuration, testing, and commissioning activities on DCS/PLC projects. This involves graphics, database & control logics configuration on different SCADA and DCS systems, engineering documentation generation, panel/cabinet design, coordination with suppliers for panel building activities, internal testing, and carrying out FAT and SAT with customers. Additionally, the role includes attending customer callouts, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting remotely and at customer sites, planning site work, coordinating site logistics arrangements, as well as documentation and report preparation as required to complete assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, proficiency in AutoCAD, a degree in Instrumentation/Control Engineering/Electrical/Electronics, and 1-3 years of experience in the control & instrumentation field with at least 1 year of servicing or commissioning experience. The candidate should possess good knowledge and hands-on experience of working on DCS systems, preferably ABB, Siemens, Honeywell systems. Other essential qualities include punctuality, efficiency, fluency in English, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, self-starting ability, adaptability, ownership, and high integrity.,
