Job Description

Job Title:

System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Citrix or VMware Horizon environments.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and desktop systems (Windows 10/11).
Perform system updates, patching, and user management tasks.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure IT infrastructure stability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2-3 years of relevant experience in system/IT infrastructure administration.
Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon.
Good knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and desktop OS.
Familiarity with networking concepts and remote access protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to
Accops
solutions (training will be provided if not certified).
Relevant certifications:
Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, (Accops-Good to have).
