Job Title: System Engineer – Electrical Controls and Automation

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

System Engineer

with hands-on experience in

electrical control panel design, PLC programming, and SCADA development

. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing electrical schematics, selecting switchgear components, designing control systems, and validating electrical panels. This role involves working with various PLC platforms, industrial communication protocols, and control system troubleshooting to deliver reliable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare electrical control panel schematics, GA, and IGA using ECAD/AutoCAD tools.
  • Select appropriate switchgear components and perform design calculations for control systems.
  • Develop PLC programs using ladder logic (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).
  • Configure and develop Ignition SCADA screens for control and monitoring applications.
  • Set parameters for drives and establish communication between drives and PLCs.
  • Validate and troubleshoot MCC and PLC-based control systems during factory testing.
  • Prepare test reports and documentation as part of factory validation processes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical architecture and control system design.
  • Expertise in control panel design and development, schematic preparation, and harness design.
  • Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
  • Proficiency in electrical component selection and control system calculations.
  • Hands-on experience with ECAD/AutoCAD for panel layout and schematic creation.
  • Good knowledge of **industrial communication protocols
