to solve IT incidents based on instructions, agreements and/or documentedsolutions, or escalate IT incidents (including convince stakeholders to takeaction based on urgency or impact)
Register IT
incidents and (research) actions already taken; actively monitor SLEs
Proactively
monitor the workload automation environment (batch) and take the appropriateaction(s) in case of detected problems and/or delays
Carry out
specifically assigned ICT service requests - on demand and in accordance withinstructions - in the context of IT infrastructure and workloadautomation" and in accordance with instructions and procedures
Invest in personal
and technical development, keeping knowledge up-to-date by following trainingand coaching
