Your responsibilities at Yokogawa will include: - Contributing to the development and implementation of engineering solutions, including feasibility testing and data validation - Supporting the drafting of engineering standards and specifications under the guidance of senior colleagues - Conducting inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and make recommendations for improvements - Coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers as part of contract management - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation - Assisting in the development of products and solutions based on customer needs - Engaging in project management activities to achieve specific goals - Building personal capabilities through training, coaching, and professional development activities In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to exhibit behavioral competencies such as managing complexity and collaborating effectively with others. Your skills in engineering design, development, testing, project management, and health and safety will be crucial to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education and have experience working independently in a relevant field for 13 months to 3 years. Managerial experience is not required, but some exposure (0 to 3 months) is beneficial.
