System Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. As a Lead System Analyst for Oracle Health, you would be responsible for leading the technical support responsibilities, contributing to system performance improvement and owning the root cause analysis and remediation for our client systems issues. You are also expected to manage projects and support queues for solutions and services. Consult with other teams for incident resolution and proactive solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot and improve system performance. Manage the relationship with support teams and act as the point of contact for support escalations. Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot technical problems to resolve issues and contribute in Service Resiliency Program to improve system performance. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field At least 6+ years of system engineering experience in Windows servers administration and Linux server administration. At least 3 years of Microsoft Operating Systems experience At least 3 years of Oracle Enterprise Linux work experience Knowledge in ITIL framework Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux and Windows systems At least 3+ years of project management/implementation work experience Strong written and oral communication skills Proficient with task management utilities Expectations: Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed Willing to work on different technologies as needed Willing to take up oncall support 24/7 or 12/7 as needed Participate in weekly client calls. Coaching and mentoring the team as and when needed
