Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Flex, you will be based in Coimbatore, reporting to the manager. Your main responsibility will be ensuring the continuity of IT systems by providing planning, technical business expertise, and project coordination to implement, architect, design, build, test, develop software, and resolve technical business solutions that automate specific business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide analysis, design, subject matter expertise, and adapt existing product management methodologies to deliver IT solutions to the business. - Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews, developing a detailed plan for process implementation. - Prepare specification documentation, provide application design and proposals for function-specific business requirements, and drive user acceptance tests. - Assist in the development of an overall project plan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and liaise with the business team to deliver critical solutions and troubleshoot where needed. - Lead initiatives in partnership with external banking partners and internal stakeholders such as Tax, Legal, AR/AP, etc. - Adhere to Product Management and Maintenance Practices in Finance IT solutions. Qualifications Required: - Overall work experience of 1 - 3 years in Treasury/Finance Domain or finance applications. - Experience as a key user or consultant for treasury products/solutions. - Strong communication (verbal and non-verbal), documentation, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with any Treasury Management System (TMS) will be preferred.
