Job Purpose :
Maintain network and computer systems and ensure that all systems are operating smoothly and efficiently, without problems or glitches; help make the system work better and faster.
Job Description :
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure- Respond to and resolve help desk requests- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer and device hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software, including call centre hardware and software and other network and system problems.- Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications and virus protection software.- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.- Check, troubleshoot and resolve issues with live streaming.- Add or remove CCTV cameras depending on needs and situations.- Set up and install Physical Access Control systems for FCPL offices.- Monitor working of Physical Access Control systems, troubleshoot in case of malfunction and resolve issues.- Respond to and resolve help desk requests from parents and employees; escalate morecomplex issues to vendors.
Minimum Education :
BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc.
Skills :
Technical
- Working knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Microsoft- Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server- Working knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards,
Non-technical
- Problem Sensitivity — The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong- Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential solutions to choose the most appropriate one- High level of patience and professionalism when working with other employees who will have a varying range of computer competencies.- Problem solving and multitasking skills- Ability to work under pressure remain calm when dealing with a crisis.- Customer Service Skills
