Job Description

Position: System Administrator

MOI: Onsite (Fae 2 Face)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing
Windows/Linux servers
, desktops, and laptops.
Provide
Level 1/Level 2 technical support
for system, network, and application issues.
Create and manage
user accounts, permissions, and groups
in Active Directory.
Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure optimal uptime.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Troubleshoot network issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, connectivity).
Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and helpdesk tickets.
Ensure systems follow company
security policies
, including patch updates and antivirus monitoring.
Assist in backup and recovery tasks.
Collaborate with senior administrators to deploy new systems and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of
Windows Server
or
Linux administration
.
Understanding of
network fundamentals
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with
Active Directory
, Office 365, and common IT tools.
Basic scripting knowledge (
PowerShell or Bash
) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
