Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a System Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The role involves handling day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth functioning of systems and networks. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and servers. Manage Windows/Linux OS, user accounts, and Active Directory. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, antivirus, and security protocols. Setup and troubleshoot network printers. Install and manage barcode printers and scanners. Handle desktop installations and upgrades. Perform network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Provide CCTV installation and troubleshooting support. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of Windows/Linux administration. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and basic networking. Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, and CCTV systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
