Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the stable operation of the company’s IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all hardware and software. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux). Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Maintain data backups and recovery operations. Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Provide support for hardware and software issues. Maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. Manage Endpoint DLP Solution like TrendMicro or Symantec. Manager MO365 Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support role. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system environments. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is desirable. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
