System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to join our in-house IT team. This is an on-site, night-shift role supporting our infrastructure and operations for a fast-paced US-based medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365, and be comfortable troubleshooting issues across users, servers, and network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide night-shift IT support to internal teams, ensuring all systems are operational during US business hours.
• Manage and monitor Windows servers, user desktops, and network devices for performance and reliability.
• Administer Microsoft Office 365, including user creation, email support, security policies, and license management.
• Manage Microsoft Azure AD, including identity and access management, security group policies, and hybrid configurations.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including firewall, switches, printers, and VPN access.
• Support internal tools and systems used by the medical billing/RCM operations team.
• Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backups.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across users and departments.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (user accounts, hardware, access control).
• Document IT processes, asset inventory, and issue resolution logs.
• Work with the day-shift team to hand over and report all critical issues or incidents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,427.47 - ₹30,267.01 per month
