Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.
• Certifications preferred: CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Key

• Manage and support endpoints across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Endpoint Central for device and policy management.
• Administer user accounts, roles, and access rights across AD, O365, and other platforms.
• Monitor and ensure endpoint and network security using CrowdStrike and antivirus solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues for end-users (Level 1 & 2).
• Collaborate with network and security teams for firewall access and VPN setup.
• Coordinate with ISPs to resolve connectivity issues and manage uptime.
• Maintain system documentation, asset records, and configuration logs.
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and patch management cycles.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure smooth handovers.
