Job Opening: System Administrator

Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 1–2 years
Salary Package: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
• Manage and monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Handle day-to-day troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and office IT infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain basic networking, LAN/WAN, and connectivity support.
• Ensure timely system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for employees.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, troubleshooting logs, and standard procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of system security measures and antivirus management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA, CCNA) will be an added advantage.
