Job Title: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and bring in new clients.
Plan and manage both online and offline campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and training teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and manage the company's presence on social media, email, and digital channels.
Required Skills:
Proven experience (1–2 years) in marketing, preferably in the education or IT training industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualities:
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of EdTech or B2C marketing is an added advantage.
